Mr. Paul Hefley was the best decision we ever made in representing our daughter's IEP. Mr. Hefley took the time to understand our concerns and made sure we felt reasonable with the outcome of our daughter's settlement. If something wasn't right, Mr. Hefley would not hesitate contacting the district and ensured that our daughter's needs were met. As for the one thing we deeply admired about Mr. Hefley, is his kind soul and his empathy in which he expresses towards our family.
