I would not have known any of this If it wasn't for you. I'm sure you are greatly appreciated by a lot of parents that you have already helped with their situations. It really means a lot to me and you are great at what you do. It was simple and very easy for as nervous as I was. Felt very comfortable and there was nothing you explain that was hard to understand.
